Menu Plan–March 31

Happy Easter!  Hope your day has been extra wonderful.  We had a great time at the early service at church and then with family for brunch. 

Our meal included some of our Easter favorites:

Mom’s Easter Potatoes.  This year we made them with homemade cream of chicken soup – delicious. 

Roasted Asparagus and Brussels Sprouts with Applewood Smoked Bacon – two yummy spring green side dishes.  Love them both. 

My mom brought some cuties – Jello Deviled Eggs & Bunny Rolls. Festive & yummy!

Dessert was awesome too, a lemon cream cheese coffee cake with raspberries

On to the rest of the week:

Monday
Blueberry Rhubarb Cinnamon Rolls {new}
Ham and Asparagus Lasagna, steamed broccoli

Tuesday
Granola and yogurt with berry sauce
Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole

Wednesday
Blueberry Buttermilk Waffles {from freezer}
Leftovers

Thursday
Blueberry Rhubarb Oatmeal {new}
Mozzarella Mushroom Chicken, steamed veggies, brown rice

Friday
Granola and blueberries
Ham and Broccoli Pockets, steamed veggies

Saturday
